However, the Government, the RBA and lenders were quick to act to provide relief for all Australians who may be affected by COVID-19, or that may have concerns about their future. In these times you may be looking for some security and there are rates of 2.19% fixed for 2 years that we recently used to help a client secure a huge saving on their existing loan of 1.25%. We also have lenders still offering a $4,000 rebate which may also provide some relief.

In other news, we had a great time celebrating being finalists for Best Residential Broker (Tim) and Best Independent Office (5 brokers or less) at The Adviser’s Better Business Awards.
